Sale Review: Yumi Kim

I had the opportunity to stop by the first day of the Yumi Kim sample sale happening downtown. All week on Instagram I have been praising prints, most recently with a recent Mara Hoffmann swimsuit I wore during my wedding weekend. Designer Kim Phan sample sale came at the right time for me to visit. Her Yumi Kim collections include vintage bodies, flirty prints, silk printed dresses, jumpers, tops, shorts, and jackets.

The sale is located on the corner of 20th and 3rd Ave. The entire store front is dedicated to the sale. The pricing is simple at dresses and rompers at $75, separates are $50. I even saw some cute feathered vests.

It was refreshing to see that most of the inventory in the store is this season stock. Many of the prints are still selling on sites such as Shopbop, Anthropologie, and REVOLVE at retail price. The sales associates in the store said the sale will be restocked daily. There were only a handful of shoppers, so you have room to casually look through every rack. Note most styles I saw were in size Small.

See below for a few pictures from inside:

The sale goes all week and I recommend if your looking to add easy pieces to your spring/summer wardrobe.
