1st Sample Sale of June: Tracy Reese
I now work in CT and miss all the first days of sample sales. However, with this week being market week, I am able to be in the city for work.
Behold the first day of the public Tracy Reese Sample sale. From my constant lurking on Instagram through the hashtag #tracyreese and #samplesale sadly I learned there was a Friends and Family day yesterday. Oh well, I still geared up early and was the second person in a non-existent line for the sale. I really wished they let us in early but at 10:01 the doors swung open and I headed for samples. Along the wall there were designated racks for $50 and $65 samples in a variety of styles and colors. I peeked through. However a person I frequently see at sample sales @lehoarder a true pro, found a box of $25 samples. Which I then came along and looked through with. There was not much in my size, but I was able to find a few items to try on. I also browsed through the overstock, but after seeing the sample prices I can hold off on those to see if further markdowns occur later in the week. I also just bought a lil gift from the Valentino sale that started on Monday, so I need to be a semi-good girl ( will be sure to share that later).
