Beaded bags + Bling

I pulled out this wide leg jumpsuit last week to wear to work on a Friday. If you watched my bathroom selfies on Instagram, you can tell I’ve been really drawn to jumpsuits lately. Last month while trying out Rent The Runway Unlimited I had 4 in the rotation.

This wide leg beauty I purchased last year while pregnant at a sample sale held at Swords Smith. That is a neighborhood boutique based in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. They hold a sample sale each year partnering with the brands they already sell in store. What I loved about this jumpsuit was the statement it made from the back with the bling embroidered straps.

I paired my look with a beaded bag by Susan Alexandra and pointy Balenciaga Knife mules to even out the proportions.

I gave my Amazon Shrimps dupe a rest and broke out this multicolored number. It matched perfectly with the shoes. One thing about these beaded bags are they are unlined, so be careful what you place inside or I recommend lining with a cute dust bag in a neutral color.
